We map how your business sells, delivers and gets paid, and write down your SOPs with you.

Your data moves in
Clients, contacts, projects and open invoices are brought across, cleaned and checked.

03Pricing
No price list. A clear proposal after we talk.
Every business we set up is different: the size of the team, the data to move, the SOPs to write and the tools to connect. So we price each setup after the consultation, in writing, before you commit to anything.
If Pulse is not the right fit for your business, we will tell you in the consultation.
04Questions
Before you ask.
How long does setup take?
The consultation comes first. Moving your data in takes about two weeks. Then we set up the AI employees and connect your tools, and stay with your team for 45 days of alignment.
Do we have to change how we work?
Less than you might think. We start by writing down how you already sell, deliver and get paid, and set Pulse up around that. Where a step is only there because the old tools needed it, we will suggest dropping it.
Who owns our data?
You do. Each business on Pulse sees only its own data, and you can export it at any time.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Pulse works in the browser on phones and computers, and there is an Android app.
Is Pulse only for marketing agencies?
No. It was designed with a growing marketing agency and runs that agency every day, and it is built for service businesses that work in projects, quotations and invoices.
What about privacy law?
Pulse is built for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
