Vitals Technologies builds Pulse, one operating system for a business, and sets it up with each business that uses it. We are based in India.
01Where Pulse comes from
Built for a real business first.
Pulse was designed with the sales, finance and delivery teams of a growing marketing agency, around how their deals really close and how their work really gets done.
It runs that agency every working day: its conversations, projects, quotations, invoices, payments and people. Every part of Pulse has to survive daily use by a real team before anyone else sees it.
For 2026–27 we are opening Pulse to five founding businesses, set up with us side by side.

Cash collected. Work delivered on time. People present and supported. Follow-ups closed. These are the vital signs of a business, and most owners only see them when something has already gone wrong.
Pulse reads them every day, and AI employees act on them before they become problems. That is what we mean by management intelligence.
